Dr. Michael Doroschak comes from a family of dentists. His father, Dr. John Doroschak, began this dental practice in 1961 after graduating from the University of Minnesota Dental School that same year. The practice started with one chair and has grown to six. Another son (Michael's brother) is also a dental specialist in the Twin Cities area.

Michael's mother began helping at the office in 1961, temporarily, until John could find someone else. You will still meet Nadia if you stop by! This is truly a 'family practice'. Michael and his siblings all remember spending time at the office as children.

The office building pictured on the home page was built in 1977 at the corner of Broadway and University Avenue NE, in the heart of the ethnic Northeast Minneapolis neighborhood. Many of the patients that came to the practice in 1961 are still coming today. Polish, Russian and Ukrainian are all spoken in this office, a truly unique place.

Dr. Mike, as he is called, to clear up the "Drs. Doroschak" confusion, welcomes any and all patients, both old and new. This practice prides itself in giving personalized care.

We do everything possible to make dental visits pleasant for our patients. We have earned the loyalty of our patients, many of whom have been with our family practice since our inception in 1961.
